I've tried this one out in game, and it feels REALLY tiny compared to other cars in the game. :/ Even the Coop feels bigger than this!

Agree with 406, the pilars and the blinker on the fenders matches with the 406 ones, the body shape barely resembles the 406 but, i still see a 406 with Honda Civic headlights and weird wannabe Peugeot rearlights

My closest guess would have to be a 1998-2002 European market Honda Accord:

The reason why I didn't say Peugeot is because the front grille is missing, the headlights are different and are similar to that of a 1991-1995 Honda Civic, the rear door crease is in the incorrect shape, and so are the tailights. And also this looks to be a bit larger than the 406.
