How can you determine it is polish? It can easily be a regular italian 126 "bis"

Well if you want to be italian, it can be. I dont think there is any diffrence.

It can be a non-Polski Fiat, but it depends which year is this one because it's hard to guess. If it's one from mid 80's then it will have Polish origin no matter if its Fiat or Polski Fiat. Plus this isn't a BIS because there are no vents between hood and front windshield

True that. So it is not a BIS but still a facelifted one with plastic bumpers like this?

Judging by the bumpers it might be the post 1985-facelifted one. But I can't tell if it's the export one or the one for Polish market. The only difference between them is the rear vent but I can't see it correctly on that pic
