2018-03-30 15:36		Yup, I looks like a Landy Freelander upon closer inspection. Seems like it's got a Chrysler badge to the front.

At first glance I thought it was some Dodge SUV.

In the "Thanks" section of the game's credits, LowPolygon3D is credited for car model source material.
On this site you can find his models:

You can find the SAAB, the Golf, the Celica, and the Mercedes ML from the game.
And there's a green Land-Rover Freelander, which is obviously this SUV.
However, there are some differences between the in-game models and the pictures on the site. (except the Celica)
In the case of this SUV, it has the grille of a Ford Escape, but everything else is from the Freelander:

Also it's at least a 2002 model, since the game takes place in the USA.
