Dismissed as 'over the top' for the 90s pro wrestling circuit, the Albany Lurcher was a car ahead of its time. Since then American society has moved on, and this forgotten gem has been taken to heart as the centerpiece of choice for funeral orgies across the nation. Don't take chances when it comes to your legacy: accessorize your demise, and turn your death into a statement that nobody wants to hear.

Both this car and the Franken Stange are base off of cars modified by George Barris of Barris Kustoms.
The Lurcher is based off of the custom Kargoyle hearse and the 'Stange is based off of the Munster Koach.

Sadly, shortly after this update George Barris passed away 15 days shy of his 90th birthday.

Correct.

I actually got to meet George Barris around two months before he passed. Awesome guy. Very down to earth. Still wearing the bright yellow shop jacket and everything. His advice to me was basically to do what you enjoy with your life because there's no time to do anything else.

I salute to you. I know someone with a Lurcher. They made it a complete eyesore.

Sorry I worded the last part of my comment wrong. What I meant was how many hearses do you see in games that aren't based off Cadillacs or Lincolns?

Well I didnt see much, if not at all.

EDIT: I just played with it! It is awesome car, muscle car characteristic driving, just with longer wheelbase. Sadly, since it was cheater spawned car, and it will be expensive, I couldnt go to tuning garage.
And nice little thing. Part of zombie hand out of sleeve is moving, just like booblehead if you drive.

Also it seems that this car has some roots in the Kargoyle Hearse from the film Bitch Slap. The most obvious connection is the slanted roof: www.imcdb.org/vehicle_268293-Cadillac-Funeral-Coach-1967.html

Fingers crossed you don't get banned! :)

But what do you mean you didn't get a chance to buy the Roosevelt?

Well I was not the one who was hacking, I was just a poor victim  I am going to give away rest of money aftrwards on bugged crew logo that will not disappear, and then push uninsured car off the cliff.

Roosevelt avaliability: February 13, 2014 - March 2, 2014
PC release date: 14 April, 2015. and I am not even counting that it was impossibru to buy it in my region two months later.

Frankly from a design stand point it's genius apart from Cadillac's or Lincolns how many hearses do you see in video games? From recent memory the only other game (that I've played) was Shadow from the latest Twisted Metal.

All GTAs after Vice City (Manana from 3 was kinda hearse too :D ), that poor Cadillac from all cheap games using 24 Urban car pack or whatever is it called, and Demolition Racers Widowmaker.

I did my homework and log on to server, where hacker gave me 2m $. Tired of doing heists with levels under 30, and since it will be most likely time-limited offer, I am not going to miss it out. R* didnt gave me a chance to buy Roosevelt, so I am going to buy these.

JFK the car is an Albany, a parody of Cadillac so a Buick/Cadillac hybrid isn't out of the question since they manufacture the Buccaneer (in-universe) in-game so it's not inconceivable that there was possibly a 4 door and/or a hearse variant of the Buccaneer which shared some similarities to a Cadillac.

Looks like a hearse version of the Buccaneer.
EDIT: In fact, the reason this is listed as Rivera may be that the Buccaneer is listed as a Rivera.

I wouldnt be suprised if somebody would list it as 1968 Cadillac Hearse. Yes, it have 1st gen Riviera front, but check this out: hellpizza.com/files-nz/images/content/beasts/hearse/DSC_0626.jpg You cannot say that rest of the body isnt a Cadillac! Riviera was not made 4-door, that proves my point too.
