What could his name be in-game? Schyster Vagrant? Classique Tramp?

I think it would be a Declasse, since it's based on a Chevrolet

Definitely agree. I loved driving this goofy looking thing in Saints Row 2 (Keystone), I'd love it in GTA! :D

Definitely more than HHR than an early Gresley. The overall shape, the front end, the bulging fenders, all HHR. Hopefully they'll add this in a later update... maybe a PT Cruiser as well

A youtube comment on a HHR video stated that these were everywhere in South California, so if that's correct it would make sense for Rockstar to add it.

True gta5 doesn't have CGI scenes if I'm not mistaken

Well often the "CGI" is ignored and star is used for cars only seen in cutscenes or loading screens. See GTA: Liberty City Stories page.

Looks like it could be a beta Gresley? I certainly would've liked this more than that generic SUV we got instead.

EDIT: I just noticed it. Body kinda looks like Bravado Gresleys one. Just with somewhat HHR looking front.
