Stutz Bearcat, see www.autoswalk.com/news/article/10/8.html and as the stutz company no longer exists, that's the in game name as well.

Well the Rover name is still owned by someone so i don't think so.

this is impossible; since stuzt went out of buisness in 1926; and the beacat was produced 1912-16. It was wrong in the show; so they kept with it. This is actually a 1916 stutz bearcat:
