Definitely some Chrysler Corporation product from the late 1950s.
IMHO it is 1959 Dodge Coronet:

It doesn't have the "clip-on" tailfins of the dodge, It is more like the (similar) 1958 Desoto Firesweep (specifically the four-door sedan rather than the two or four door Sportmas hardtops): upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/06/1958_De_Soto_Firesweep_Sedan_-_Australia.jpg

In the latest Thomas Burke 'The Anarchist'trailer it is revealed that the car is manufactured by 'Samsom'

Here's a capture from the trailer edw8 is referring to: imgur.com/a/RVJZi. The rest of the car is more Desoto but the front is very Dodge.

It's not a 58' Dodge Coronet, and neither is the Protector. The front is 59' Dodge Custom Royal sedan, the body is 1958 Desoto Fireflite. The 58' Coronet is a completely different car, the Viscount.

I'm seeing a ton of the 1958 Chrysler Windsor in this. Not the front end as much as the sides and rear (minus the weird taillight design in-game).

Have you looked up a 1958 Desoto Fireflite? There's not much difference between it and the Chrysler, they share the same body shell, just with different trim/tailights/grille.

It's a 59 Dodge 100%. Yeah the tail lights and quarters are more like a Chrysler/Desoto but it even has a '59 Dodge dash in the game.

I'm absolutely sure it's mostly based on a 1958 DeSoto Diplomat, only with Chrysler Windsor-like taillights and some influences from the Dodge Coronet
