FL16 never existed . It was FL6, FL10, FL12.
The full height Volvo models were called F12 and F16.
In 1993 the full height FH12 and FH16 came out.

Oh, my bad. It looks like that Volvo truck from old version of Rigs of Rods, it is a FL12
