2017-03-26 10:22		According to GTA Wikia, the Space Docker can be modified at Los Santos Customs, but the only modification available is bulletproof tires. While the wheel rims aren't changeble, the option to change the wheel colors is available, but cannot be chosen. After the Last Team Standing Update however, the Space Docker cannot be modified at Los Santos Customs, but can still taken to be repaired.

2013-10-03 06:37		Yup, this gets given after collecting all spaceship pieces. Make sure to go park it in a garage, because it can only be received once and will not respawn.
