It was the wreck itself.
They added wheels to it (which didn't spin, because they were prop wheels that can be found at junkyards), a hood from some other car (it was actually 2 of the same hood fused together, I think the hoods were Stallion ones.), two slim gas tanks attached to the roof, and some club lights attached to the front and rear.
It was also made indestructible, and only seated 2, as it was apparently based on a coupe (a Dukes, if I remember correctly).
It was a lot of fun to drive, because it drove like a normal car, but it was an absolute mess to look at!

Was it a restored version or the wreck itself?

There's mods to make the wrecks in GTA IV drivable (I was in a multiplayer match in GTA IV where someone made a drivable version of this: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=44534 ...and it was a match on Xbox 360, not PC), so I'm sure there'll be mods to make this driveable as well.
Someone should totally make a mod that makes this thing drivable!!!
let me guess this is the gta 5 version of the mothership

No spoiler but when you find all spaceship parts you get something 'driveable'.

No, it's always there, in the location Tycek says. The truck too.
I'm just guessing, but is this the result of finding all of the spaceship parts?
For both of the cars, looks like the pics were made near the colored hills near Sandy Shores.
where did you find this?
