In 2011 demo this scene was set in 1984 New-York. That explain american fire truck.

The closest I can think of it being is something like this: citizensfire36.org/comp_pict/SMT_Truck36-022704.JPG since it doesn't have a visible grill, but the windshield is not large enough.
