Yep, I was LOLed when I saw it's from a Kijang. Probably the game designer inspired when their first trip to Indonesia (probably).

2012-06-13 18:45		Has to be a Range Rover Classic challenge truck in my opinion. The bonnet is the same and the grille/headlights are similar.

Makes sense, although, with the way it's shaped, the hood looks a little more akin to the FJ40 series, but could just be an FJ40-like hood added to the body of an FJ70/75.
