That doesn't look like a Bel Air at all IMHO. The Chieftain is pretty close.

Id say overall pontiac with elements of belair. The Tailights on the game car look like chieftain with the pointed bit from the belair

That picture looks almost exactly the same as the game shot. Everything pretty much looks the same over the whole car, so im gonna agree that it looks like a Pontiac Chieftain
