Hate to break the charm after all these years but...despite the front headlights, being a clear Mitsuoka reminder, the whole car is clearly a Rolls Phantom, especially seen from the rear.

Overall it looks a lot like a Mitsuoka. As for the model: I still think Ryoga, the shape of the rear end it a little bit like the 2005 Galue, but apart from that the Ryoga is a little bit closer www.netcarshow.com/mitsuoka/2005-ryoga/800x600/wallpaper_01.htm

The Mitsuoka Galue is closer. However, compared the other in-game vehicles, it's a lot more original/fantasised. Could be a combination of Maybach, Bentley and Jaguar; possibly Made for Game.

on first view it reminded me so incredibly much of a Mitsuoka Ryoga, that i think it really is a Ryoga.
