2011-10-23 08:45		the HQ of Alexander Dennis is in Falkirk, Scotland. Alexander is from Scotland, Dennis from England, but since the fusion of both manufacturers its Scotland.

And yes, Made for USA in game and in real life (see Link)

2011-08-20 11:18		I took the Enviro 500 as an equivalent because it is the only double decker that was ever in use in san francisco (sightseeing busses not counting). But it was only in a test drive in the year 2008, San Francisco Transport Authority planned to buy some busses from London because they have nearly doubled capacity in comparison to the exisiting single deck busses.
