It's always on the game...but of course, in order to search for designs and vinyls, you need Live. Otherwise, the game will tell you that the servers cannot be reached.

So, if it's an XBOX LIVE thing, then I'm just going to forget about it.

By "an internet thing ," I think I meant an "XBOX LIVE" thing, or is it actually on the game, even when playing offline?

You won't believe how long, and how much careful planning, it took me to make the "Vanishing Point" license plate for this car. The 1970 Colorado plates; license number OA 5599. I don't know if I can spell out how I did it, but it's done. I could only get it on the back; there wasn't enough vinyl space on the front for a front license plate, so I didn't bother. If I knew how to take pictures from videogames (not the "in-front-of-the-TV" pictures) and put them on the internet (you know, all the computer skills that almost everybody else has), I would show you the finished license plate.

You can put white vinyl and cover the black stripe.

I found that out, myself, just a couple of hours ago.

It kinda sucks that I can't get rid of the black stripe that are on the sides of the car. I would've had the "Vanishing Point" Dodge Challenger here, on "Forza Motorsport 4." Oh well; at least I already have that on "Midnight Club: Los Angeles; Complete Edition."

I would NEVER, EVER paint any sports car pink (or purple). From MY point of view, it wouldn't look right.

It's pretty in any color...including this Panther Pink one :D

Also, here's a bigshot of the car, the details are best seen in pics like this (8 MP pic, instead of the default res one)
