No idea what the in-game name of this truck is, I only came across it in a mission and forgot to note it down. I haven't seen it in free roam anywhere since, so I can't check.

I assume it's probably something starting with "Gerlach 950..." since that's what the firetruck variant (igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=365314) is called, but I'm not sure.
