It's a very nice looking car, and there is a free chance to drive it in the Reventon Roadster's Special Event.

However, it is not obtainable from said Event and must be gambled for in its own Treasure Rush Event - or paid for with around $100-$250 in Dice Bundles.

A painful shame, really :/
