There is also the wreck of the 1927 Dodge that appeared in the first game´s remake, too.
I´ve seen that wreck across the streets of Albion

Edit: Also I think this car spawning as a working car on Bay City´s traffic wouldn´t have hurt anyone, don´t you agree? ;)
