2024-06-12 02:32		Pretty sure it's one of the Target Chip Ganassi entries, which would automatically make it a Reynard.

It's not red/black/yellow, so that eliminates the 95i from 1995, and it looks like the number is yellow, not white, which eliminates the 97i from 1997, leaving the 1996 96i as the car seen here.
