I see a bit of Ford in this design.

yeah so I finally figured it out, body is a 80-85 Impala could also be caprice but doesn't have enough trim or badging, tailights are ford granada from maybe 75 76, turn signle is 80-89 diplomat, grill is 83-87 Ford LTD Crown Victoria, and I believe the headlights are modified dodge diplomat
