It's Freightliner FLC 112 with single headlights (i still don't know what it means) like this one: pics.imcdb.org/8212/3667227913_6065174654_b.jpg I will explain everything later. Just change it to FLC 112 and everything should be correct now, finally.

This Freightliner is not anachronistic for GTA III (It fits perfectly) but Rockstar was probably too lazy to make another type of Enforcer for GTA:VC, VCS and SA so they reused this model with different textures and a few minor changes. Enforcer in GTA:SA got something from Ford but it's still a Freightliner in my opinion.

Agreed, I feel like this Freightliner is smaller than L-series, which is way too big for this type of vehicle. EDIT: hmm, Vice City, Vice City Stories and Sam Andreas plot is set before 1995.
