J-2 photo_librarymode_comment 2021-07-30 11:44 | For FH1 they went to great lengths to ensure the traffic cars really fit the location. Starting with FH2, they went full lazy and started using former drivable cars, the selection made sense, but they didn't bother with turning the US-Spec cars (Golf, Jetta...) into EU cars, and the traffic cars have been almost the same until now with some exceptions, like the Utes in FH3 or the Mini/Defender in FH4. For this one, which really looks like the biggest and best Horizon ever made, that extra mile for effort really makes sense, but so far, it looks we are getting exactly the same 'effort' as before...quite a shame really. The FH1 traffic cars are assets a bit too outdated to be used here, but making new ones with specific models for Mexico would be worth it just for the sake of detail. In FH1 they also tried to mimic the Colorado plates as much as possible, but in here, I don't think they will try to do that again, so it's also a shame. |

Should've reused the Corolla,Durango,F150,and Kenworth from FH1 that fit better on Mexico all of them would work well. hopefully they add some more modern traffic cars aswell. every traffic car has been pre 2012 apart from the ute in horizon 3 |
