That does not make it 'Removed from Game'. It just make it unplayable. You can make assumptions and speculate whether it was intended to be cut or not but since it can appear in game without the use of modding/hacking. It does not count as 'removed from game'.

Silnev 2022-09-13 12:20	Not cut from game, you can race it as an AI opponent in special circumstances. However it's the only AI car that can't be acquired through normal means.
