Looks to me like a '67 or '68 Mercury Cougar. There is a Hot Wheels version of it, so it could genuinely be a toy as previously mentioned.

With how there are already 2 Fury's in the game, it may as well be! Maybe it's a legit toy car model used as a reference by the modeler team.
