It is Ford Transit Mark 3/4 for sure. VW got bigger and squarer headlamps, while as the Transit, like in this picture got smaller and much flatter ones, also the side windows have a unique curving style, that only can be find in Transits. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Transit
