They reused the interior textures from Ellis’ 79 ramcharger. The door panels and dash, even the fuse panel are all 75-80 dodge truck.

With that grille, this would be a 1971 or 1972 C-10. The interior rearview mirror appears to be attached to the windshield directly, which would specify 1972.
