My first thought was a Toyota Auris, but I'm still not entirely sure.

This is my vote, the new Toyota JPN Taxi. A few similarities

The all-new Toyota JPN Taxi shares the same platform as the current-gen Toyota Sienta. And the fact that the JPN Taxi has a Crown-looking grilles and stuff to make it look similar to the already-retired Toyota Crown Comfort/Sedan instead of making it to look like the Sienta. But I think they just look like those LTI taxis of the U.K, except made by the Japanese.

And my best guess is the Toyota Prius α, also called the Prius V in the US. The windows match, and the headlights look similar to the 4th generation Prius. Overall, the car is based on the Prius V.
Take note that the car is bearing the Tokyo Musen Taxi livery. but in real life, the Prius α is most commonly used as Limousine Taxi, which has black paint.

Yes, I agree with Prius V.

Looks like a very futurstic Volvo XC70 to me. I also agree with lots of Prius V design clues

There's a civil variant in the Blackout mode, so I don't think is Toyota JPN Taxi.

Looks like a Toyota to me, so could be the Prius
