Right, but Rockstar Games does not programme every vehicle like its real life counterpart. For example the Banshee in Vice City ( which is clearly a Corvette ) has only 2 headlights, while the Corvette has 4 ones! So why should´nt this be possible in this case?

No, the Impala had 6 tail lights, the Voodoo (in San Andreas at least, not IV) only 2. Then, it's either Bel Air or Biscayne, and since it's used by poor people, Biscayne
