Looks like a 1980 VW Saveiro, with the front end of the Club from GTA: San Andreas, strangely.

Actually it looks more like a VW K70 morphed into a generic pickup body.

It's got the double circular headlights of the 620, but the body seems to match a Caddy (not a Rabbit Pickup, because of the different bumper) more.
