Clearly, it's a heavily modified version of the 'Starter Car', since they both share the same 80's F-Series cab.

The rear window portion behind the cab reminds me of a first generation Mustang, too. The fenders are custom, rather trophy truck like.

Theres a lot going on with this one. The front is from a 68 or 69 AMX, the cab from a 80's F-Series, and the rear from a 71 or 72 Chevelle (but shorter).
