If a certain version of a vehicle in the game spawns with a specific paint scheme and always spawns with the same license plate, it it worth being listed separately?

Because there's such a version of this van in the game. It spawns with this sort of 'stargazing' sort of paint scheme, and always carries the same license plate: FEL ISH (reads as Felish on HackNet).

It also seems so spawn less often than nearly every other livery of this van, even the Prime_Eight version.
