Please, take a look at the rules. They are on the IGCD homepage. A rule 2i has been added.

A sunroof on a police car? Seriously?

He is right about this
But we did't want to remodel a vehicle completely, it was supposed to be a police interceptor utility but then we would have to make a new model

Unlike the police variant of the Cavale, the police version of the Talos is simply referred to as a Brubeck Engines Talos, though classified as a Police Vehicle instead of as a Standard Vehicle, like the normal Talos.

Maybe the Talos is only sold with a sunroof and it isn't a car made specially for the police. We know it's because it's a reused asset, but that could explain it if you really want it to make sense.

I suppose they were going for a Ford Explorer look but just decided to re-use their Ford Edge-esque Talos instead, sunroof and all. Seems pretty lazy to me!
