2017-02-05 23:03		Finally figured out where this spawns. It's actually located just Southwest of where these images were taken, at Stanford University.

If you go from the Stanford tourist kiosk and head Southeast, you'll come across a police and fire complex. Head to the Southeastern end of that strip, and you'll find three of them parked there.

than a Pierce.
