The base body is a Mk.2 Megane sedan for sure. Even the front, but the lights are bloated and look like Mondeo ones. Rear door and rear windows are something else, and the rear lights look like they have Mercedes CLK textures pasted in.

Exactly, mixture of vehicles, but predominates the Megane Mk 2
