Sequel to the abysmal Ford Simulator, this installment was practically the same but with an updated 1989 car lineup. The depictions of each car were somewhat more accurate, however :p

No Ford Tempo?

I think Ford Simulator 3 (1992) had a Tempo.

The Topaz was apparently a Mercury branded Tempo.

Topaz was exactly like the Tempo, just a more luxurious version of it. I am assuming they included Topaz over Tempo because they probably had a restrictive number of cars they could include (given the technology of the time), and opted for the slower selling (yet better looking and better equipped) Topaz over the Tempo. Its not like Tempo needed promoting at the time, as it was one of of the hottest selling Ford's of that entire generation.

For 1989 those are excellent graphics!!!

Even though the game was crappy, one must admit that the showcase pictures were made very well, especially the fact they were confined to a 4 colour palette.

Huh, that is interesting. Apparently there are 2 different versions of the game, because in mine the Merkur scorpio is missing, but I have "1990 Lincoln Cartier Town Car" instead.
