Interesting looking new demolition derby game, though I'm not sure about the MadWorld comic book aesthetic. Strangely, it will not be released in Europe either.

Apparently there are over 120 cars too! Would be good if any American users could acquire this for submission if possible.

Fortunately PS3 games are region-free.

This is true, but it is still puzzling that the game isn't getting a general release over here.

Depending on the reviews I may get it, it does look interesting.

I think it's quite cheap so it's probably not brilliant. You might be our only hope though, CA_NES :p

Alright, alright don't go all Princess Leia on me! :p I just got the game, so I will upload some pictures probably tonight or tomorrow. :)

Ooo excellent! There are quite a few to do by the sounds of it though.

Let us know how the game is - shame it's not being released outside the US.

Err, not exactly. You see, there are 6 classes of cars. And each class does have at least 20 cars in it. However, all cars in the same class are the same model of car, just with different paint and bumpers ect. Kinda disappointing. :( However, its still a fun game, and I have a lot more stuff to try on it before I can give an official verdict.

So basically, there are only 6 playable cars, each with 20 paint schemes.

Yes, I'm hoping once I beat the game it will say "JUST KIDDING, HERE ARE THE OTHER 114 CARS!" But I doubt that :/

Thanks for the shots. It might be good to crop out some of the white borders though.

In this instance I think the white borders should stay. All of the events are split into comic book issues, so the white boarders are like the edges of the comic panel. I can take them out if you want though, either way.

This game splits the cars into 6 classes. There are 20 cars in each class. This does equal 120 cars, however, all of the cars in a class are the same, except for paint jobs and bumpers ect. So really, there are only 6 playable models of cars. Also, even though this does have a 3D mode, its not that great and gave me headaches. It can be turned off though. Also, there is no way to adjust the sensitivity of either control stick axis, which is bad because many of the cars have bad oversteer and like to spin. You cannot change the control scheme either, the control scheme that is used is good, but still it would have been nice to change it. Finally, most of the events are easy, until you get to the 8th level, then they get way harder all of the sudden. Finally, the only mode that doesn't have time restrictions is the racing. It would be nice to have a demolition derby where cars are eliminated by being damaged out, not timed out because they didn't earn enough "points". Instead, buy one of these games; Destruction Derby Arenas is better if you want something that is easy to pick up and play and has a nice arcade feel. Or if you want something with a nice story mode and more realism and TONS of game modes, try Test Drive: Eve of Destruction. And if you still really like the Noire feeling of this game, hook either of the other games I wrote about to a black and white TV. If this game were 10 dollars and it was a downloadable PSN or Xbox Live Game, that would be another story.
