yes, Dec 2021 has been release for Japan and Asia in Wangan 6RR, although WMMT5DXPlus is now ended in Asia since March 31, 2022

Nah, they need a Ferrari, I’ve not seen Ferrari licensed in any Japanese racing games nowadays other than Gran Turismo, I guess it’s not easy or cheap to license one there
