Basically a 'fanservice' game for '70s Japanese sport car fanboys, this pretty much plays like GT (but only consists of 70's or older Japanese sports car, obviously) where you can buy & tune your car, and do either normal race or head to head against a rival to advance the game. Heck it even have live action cutscenes of featured cars, i.e like this:

Here's the only problem though, it's ridiculously rare and only sold in Japan, fortunately I still have a copy of it somewhere else.

Anyway, gotta unlock some more cars, like the 2000GT.

I just got the game but I can't manage to win any of the two initial races. How did you do it RVR72GV?

Best method: Get a Sports 800, modify to increase it's torque and top speed, and milk some money by refusing the rival's offer for duel race (second choice). That way you'll be in normal race instead of 1vs1 race (and still getting money by winning), but you have to beat your rival to continue the game progress.

Ok thanks! Too bad I got the S800 instead, but I'll try to modify it as well.

Yea...just try to keep refusing rival's duel offer for normal races instead of duels.

Anyway, with such aggressive rivals, it ain't easy at all...

Yeah...the AI cheats. A lot, by almost always having perfect driving line all the time.

Oh, BTW try not to let your "ENGINE" bar turns red while you tuning, that won't allow you to do any race with that car.

Anyway, one more hint: Try to open the "Data Box" menu in the main menu and enjoy your 70's Japanese sports car porn! :)

Is the game completed? Anyways, I wasnt able to buy it, so I had to download it to see what is it on about. First, I was extremely shocked. Made in '97 and model and texture quality beats anything else, even the intro video! Definitely a must play :)

I think it is, but from what I've got, I got a "Normal Ending", which means there's extra end around.

But after unlocking the R33, there's no more rival offering duels anymore, so yeah...
