I remember this game! I was actually gonna suggest this on another game's page. I think it was the Test Drive: Eve of Destruction one I was gonna suggest this on. Glad to see it's finally here!

the thing I like best about this game is the car customization

Anyway, since we actually can mix & match the front & rear body, I think we'd better post only the 'default'/stock models.

Only 4 cars?

As I've said before. Only 4 cars, but you can mix & match the front, side & rear body of each car, resulting in many variations.

But I think posting those variations isn't too necessary.

I remember this game very well - I bought it almost a year after it was released when I was around 12. I played for hours on it, very entertaining and underrated game. Sure there may have only been 4 cars available and the graphics could have been a little more realistic, but the gameplay was worth the money – computer AI of the opposing cars was well-programmed, the tracks were plentiful and fun to race around and there were huge customization possibilities (paint, decals, spoilers, performance upgrades, nitrous, etc) for each car - which then could be smashed to pieces in a race or demolition derby. Good soundtrack, too. Ultimately, ‘Eve of Destruction’ which came out the same year is the better choice, but if anyone comes across this game it is definitely well worth playing. I still have my copy and occasionally relive those good memories. :)

you can modify the cars to look like other car like said above,
some others (for the muscle car ) would be pontiac gto, dodge charger daytona\plymouth superbird, there is also a mustang rear end but no front to match it.

Yeah, honestly Eve of Destruction is more realistic than this. But this game is not bad for the commentary of the game, especially for the comment "We've lost a car!". Anyway, this game is a good mix and match demolition derby game.

These are the stock versions.
