Deadly Racer has a more "arcade" feeling. You pick your car and race instantly, after choosing a track.

In Rally Championships, cars are licensed and you have racing seasons, the ability to purchase and upgrade your cars, and much more. Think of GT2 and it's Arcade or Simulation modes. In this case, Deadly Racer is the arcade mode, and Rally Championships is the simulation mode.

And that was "Fun Facts With SLD".
